Conditions I do NOT treat: Please note that while obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders and anxiety disorders can co-occur with other concerns, I do not provide treatment for clients whose primary diagnosis is depression or who are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors (such as cutting, burning, or scratching), substance abuse or addiction, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder (BPD). For BPD and other conditions involving significant emotional dysregulation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a more effective treatment approach.
