  • Sleeping difficulties

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Tics

  • Perfectionism

  • Assertiveness training/setting boundaries

Conditions I do NOT treat: Please note that while obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders and anxiety disorders can co-occur with other concerns, I do not provide treatment for clients who are experiencing signifiant suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors (such as cutting, burning, or scratching), substance abuse or addiction, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder (BPD). For BPD and other conditions involving significant emotional dysregulation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a more effective treatment approach.

Telehealth

I use a secure online video platform that is HIPAA-compliant. Because I hold a license in the State of California, you must be physically located in California to work with me. Potential benefits of online therapy include easier access to care and convenience (no travel time, parking difficulties, etc.). Many clients enjoy meeting from the comfort of their own homes.
